How long does shipping take?

Why is there a €150 order limit?
To ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid unexpected fees, orders are limited to €150 per shipment.
This allows us to apply the IOSS system, which means VAT is handled at checkout and parcels can clear customs more quickly, without additional charges upon delivery.
Orders above €150 may be subject to customs duties, additional taxes, and longer clearance times.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. You can find more information on here!

We will check with our warehouse team to see if this may be possible.

What payment methods are available at checkout?
We currently accept payments via PayPal.
We’re actively working on adding more payment methods and appreciate your patience in the meantime
Is VAT included in the price at checkout?
Yes.
In accordance with EU regulations, VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS system. This allows your order to clear customs more smoothly, with no additional taxes or handling fees upon delivery, even for international shipments.
As a result, you won’t need to pay anything extra when your order arrives, and the risk of unexpected customs delays is reduced.
