Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over €75

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders over €75 Worldwide. For orders under €75, a standard shipping fee of €6 will apply, which is the lowest possible rate we have been able to offer.

 

Summary

  • All parcels are shipped from Korea.
  • Standard shipping rate is €6, and free shipping for orders over €75
  • Every order is normally shipped out within 1~2 business days from the time of order confirmation. If a shipping departure delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 24 hours.
  • General shipment period varies depending on the delivery region. Please refer to below table for the information. However it could be delayed due to certain courrier's circumstance and Seoulite Cos is not responsible for it.
  • We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the European Union with a value of €150 or less, VAT is collected at checkout in accordance with EU regulations. No additional customs duties will be charged upon delivery.

For shipments exceeding €150 or orders delivered outside the EU, local import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes and returned to us, a refund will be issued once the item has been received back at our facility. Please note that original shipping costs and any return shipping or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. Unexpected delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carrier

We use Korea Post for all shipments.
In Korea, parcels are handled by Korea Post, and once they arrive in your country, they are delivered by your national postal service.

 

For example:
• Germany: Deutsche Post / DHL
• France: La Poste
• Italy: Poste Italiane
• Spain: Correos

 

Please note that tracking information will also transition to the local postal system once the parcel enters your country.

 

Holiday Day Shipping

Please note that in certain destinations (for example, Germany, France, Italy) postal services may not collect or deliver parcels on official public holidays or during extended holiday periods. Additionally, during high-volume peak seasons such as Christmas or national holiday weeks, customs clearance and final mile delivery may take longer than usual. 

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please note the following recommended cut-off dates:

Parcel Forwarding Services

  • If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs.
  • We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
  • Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Seoulite Cos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

 

Business Days & Holidays

  • All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within the South Korea.
  • If the order is placed after the cut-off time(8AM KST), it will be processed the following business day.
  • Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following the public holidays in South Korea: 
     
    • New Year’s Day (신정) - January 1
    • Korean New Year (설날) – 1st day of 1st lunar month
    • Daeboreum (정월 대보름) – 15th day of 1st lunar month
    • Independence Movement day (3ㆍ1절) – March 1
    • Children’s Day (어린이날) – May 5
    • Buddha’s Birthday (부처님 오신 날) – 8th day of 4th lunar month
    • Memorial Day (현충일) – June 6
    • Constitution Day (제헌절) – July 17
    • Liberation Day (광복절) – August 15
    • Chuseok (추석) – 15th day of 8th lunar month
    • National Foundation Day (개천절) – October 3
    • Hangul Day (한글날) – October 9
    • Christmas (크리스마스) – December 25
    • Election days for elections on the termination of terms of office referred to in Article 34 of the Public Official Election Act(「공직선거법」 제34조에 따른 임기만료에 의한 선거의 선거일) – Not fixed, but always Wednesday.

     

    Tracking Orders

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of out orders are sended within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your delivery, please start by searching on the carrier website. If it doesn't show any results, please contact us at hello@seouliteCos.com.  Title to the products in your order is transferred from Seoulite Cos to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Seoulite Cos to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
