❤️Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over $99❤️
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders over $99 within Australia. For orders under $99, a standard shipping fee of $9 will apply, which is the lowest possible rate we have been able to offer.
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, including state sales tax, and any additional fees that may arise. Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified at checkout.
As customs regulations and shipping policies can vary, it is advisable to review any additional charges or requirements specific to your location. SeouliteCos is not responsible for any issues or fees related to shipping and handling beyond the initial cost of shipping.
For our customers in Australia, we use Korea Post for shipping. shipping typically takes 8 to 14 days,
-Please note that once a product has been shipped, order cancellations may not be possible. If you wish to request a refund, you will need to proceed with the return process.

※ Parcel Forwarding Services
- If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs.
- We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
- Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. SeouliteCos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
※ Multiple Shipping Addresses
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
※ Restricted Hazardous Items
- Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues.
- SeouliteCos is not responsible for informing every hazardous product policy for every country.
- Please verify with your local customs office on hazardous materials if concern before ordering.
- Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to Australian Department of Transport regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive.
※ Business Days & Holidays
- All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within the South Korea.
- Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
- Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following the public holidays in South Korea:
- New Year’s Day (신정) - January 1
- Korean New Year (설날) – 1st day of 1st lunar month
- Daeboreum (정월 대보름) – 15th day of 1st lunar month
- Independence Movement day (3ㆍ1절) – March 1
- Children’s Day (어린이날) – May 5
- Buddha’s Birthday (부처님 오신 날) – 8th day of 4th lunar month
- Memorial Day (현충일) – June 6
- Constitution Day (제헌절) – July 17
- Liberation Day (광복절) – August 15
- Chuseok (추석) – 15th day of 8th lunar month
- National Foundation Day (개천절) – October 3

※ Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of out orders are sended within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your delivery, please start by searching on the carrier website. If it doesn't show any results, please contact us at hello@seouliteCos.com. Title to the products in your order is transferred from SEOULITECOS to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from SEOULITECOS to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
